Bio
Villiam Miklos Andersen (b. Kalundborg, Denmark, 1995) is currently working between Frankfurt am Main and Copenhagen. He graduated from Hochschule für Bildende Künste – Städelschule in Frankfurt in 2021 as Meisterschüler in the class of Judith Hopf, and from the Jutland Art Academy in Aarhus in 2020.
Andersen's artistic practice is informed by an interest in the logistical systems and modes of work of post-industrial society - how personal and private spheres of life are woven into and shaped by systems created by economic logic. His work portrays lived experiences within a vast network of systems and ever-optimizing practicalities.
